- maximise Home's occupancy and fee income per resident to ensure a viable and profitable business

- prepare and present accurate and timely information and reports to key stakeholders
- to achieve consistent delivery of the very best care and independent living for residents through a fully compliant, profitable and well-run portfolio of homes
- you will be required to be on call as and when required
Requirements
- minimum qualification NVQ QCF L4/L5
- excellent elderly / dementia care experience
- excellent residential and nursing home experience
- excellent CQC knowledge
- excellent turnaround and troubleshooting experience
- strong leadership skills
- excellent engagement skills
- excellent business mind set
