Responsibility
- 22 To undertake other duties which may be required and which are applicable to the post
- 20 To attend staff meetings
- 6 To supervise staff monitoring their performance to ensure the required standards are maintained
- 5 To participate in resident’s formal care review meetings as required
- 18 To report any incidents, occurrences or complaints to the Manager and record appropriately
- 9 To liaise with residents’ relatives/representatives and/or agencies as required
- 19 As requested undertake pre-admission assessments of prospective residents and as appropriate arrange their admission
- 21 To attend supervision and appraisal meetings as required
