Responsibility
- working alongside the Nielsen House team to
- understand all aspects of current and new/proposed projects
- work on resource scheduling and project programming
- inputting of orders - by line - into the Houzz software system
- highlight areas for improvement in the use of Houzz, and the system itself
- checking all details and margins input by designers for proposals before passing for release
- review profitability and learnings of all projects with post evaluation recommendations
- overseeing and management of studio calendar and time tracking
Requirements
- previous experience of working in an administrative environment
- self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic, critically with an eye for detail
- ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- general knowledge and passion for interior design is desirable
- excellent organizational skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- confident working alone
- understanding of business functions and processes to improve profitability and efficiency
