- to be directly involved in repairs and maintenance of customer’s equipment
- to repair and refurbish Laptops/PC’s for sale within the shop
- to assist with recording and maintaining an inventory of stock within the shop
- to assist with recording and maintaining an inventory of spare components
- to carry out services such as VHS to DVD transfers
- to be a main point of contact by answering telephone enquiries, booking in new jobs, phoning customers about their repairs etc
- to deal with customers and clients face to face, over the phone and assist with queries
- ensure that all our inventories are closely monitored and kept up to date
