Responsibility
managing the planning, coordination and financial details of construction projects from conception to completion
oversee the performance of projects to ensure they are completed to the correct specification, programme on time and within budget
vetting and appointing contractors and suppliers
responsible for Health and Safety and management of our on- site supervision
responsible for projects costs and valuations
issuing contract instructions and variations
producing tendering documents, work schedules and reports
managing the building contracts including the compliance of contract terms and conditions, preparing and issuing contract notices for payment, delays and instructions
Requirements
proven experience in construction project management in the residential and commercial sectors
IT skills to produce spreadsheets and reports
knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations
strong relatable communication skills to all levels of our structure and also our clients
strong understanding on the construction process and a basic understanding on all trades requirements on New builds and refurbishments
valid UK Driving License
work Remotely
