Responsibility
- nicholson Plastics is a market leader in the manufacture and supply of Water Tank solutions
- the company has over 50 years’ experience in the Water Storage market in the UK market
- our company culture is based on heritage where our success is attributed to the people who work for us
- responding to customer queries both via email and on the phone
- answering incoming calls and allocating to the correct department and /or person
- carry out 10-day fill calls with customers and log accordingly
- carry out pre-production calls ahead of any products going to manufacture
- assisting in communicating installation and delivery dates to customers
