Responsibility

  • follow directions from the Chef and other departments to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • assist in preparing food for service
  • maintain food storage areas, ensuring they are organized and stored properly
  • clean equipment properly, and maintain kitchen area, as needed
  • ensure that all tasks are performed in a timely manner, and that work is completed to Niche & Bespoke Ltd standards
  • niche & Bespoke Ltd is looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team. The Kitchen Porter is responsible for assisting the Chef with daily tasks in the kitchen
  • other duties as assigned by manager

Requirements

  • experience working in a catering kitchen is preferred, but not required
  • knowledge of kitchen equipment is preferred but not required
  • must be able to follow instructions and learn new skills
