- helping them make our wider strategies a success, you’ll be playing your part in helping thousands of patients live better lives
- working with the department lead, you’ll make sure the department runs smoothly and effectively while acting as a key channel of communication between the senior managers & other colleagues within your directorate
- acting as a communication channel between the Assistant Directors, Head of Department other departments and external agencies
- acting as first point of contact, using our query management system to log all queries received via all channels
