  • supporting the Estimating Team with sub-contractor and materials quote requests
  • developing and maintaining an approved list of sub-contractors and suppliers
  • assisting in carrying out site visits to determine the nature of wroks
  • communicate effectively with the team
  • update tenders with quotations received from sub-contractors and suppliers
  • arrange and prepare commercial documents for project handover meetings
  • keep detailed records and maintain well-organised work schedules
