Working hours
- full-time | Part-time | Temporary | Contract | Permanent
Responsibility
- expertise in Care Planning and risk assessment. To execute it at all levels of care until expected outcome
- efficient Rota planning to always ensure continuity of care
- handling enquiries and given all the information they need with-in limits
- as a registered Care Manager, it is your responsibility to steer the home by all available means to maximum occupancy, efficiency, and good practice
- effective communication with all members of staff at all levels, service users, families, health professionals and management team
- to maintain up to date audits - compliance checks and to represent the home at all meetings and inspections with the CQC, Fire Officer, Environmental Health Officer, Health and Safety Executive, Infection Control, Food Safety, Council, and quality assurance checks
- to undertake any other duties during any emergency
- to update policies and procedures in accordance with changes in the way the business runs and any changes in legislation and to update the statement of purpose on a yearly basis
