- help Merchants with quotations for our products
- after conducting a sales presentation, maximise every sales opportunity with effective follow-up communication
- communicate with your wider sales team to share best practices and help improve standards
- report back relevant market research, competitor activity/monitoring
Requirements
- minimum 3-5 years sales experience, ideally in the building merchant field
- proven track record and success rate at levels above target
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- interpersonal skills - ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- negotiation and organisational skills
- proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to customer needs
- relationship management skills and openness to feedback
