Responsibility

  • to lead efforts and ensure key accounts supply chain commitments are met
  • to achieve monthly sales targets and carry out associated reporting
  • to ensure production, shipment and delivery are fulfilled, working with other plants & functions as needed, and to monitor customer satisfaction
  • to play lead role in daily and weekly planning meeting and in decisions made in these meetings
  • to actively manage pursuit of payment of overdue customer invoices, including ensuring accuracy of invoice information
  • to monitor & ensure up to date & accurate pricing is used in preparation of all invoices
  • to prepare & submit weekly, detailed, monthly forecast for the plant
  • to participate in meetings with filling locations to ensure communication lines are open and flowing & above objectives are met
