- experience of working in a similar role
- tyre fitting: 1 year
- certificate of Higher Education
- digital Marketing: 3 years
- IT Literate with good/fast and accurate typing skills
- experience working in a busy office environment or on reception preferred
- ability to multi-task and work under-pressure
- invoice and email customers through our cloud-based systems
- confident with customers also basic Selling
- customer service: 4 years
- administrative experience: 2 years
- you will be involved in general office duties, including data entry, scanning, filing and collating documentation
- support the bookkeeping team with processing invoices, data administration and petty cash duties, as necessary
- meet and greet clients and staff in a professional and courteous manner. In addition, you will be answering and logging telephone calls
