  • able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of beers, beverages and cocktails
  • keeping the bar and customer areas clean & tidy
  • cash handling
  • following safe opening/closure procedure to ensure the business is opened/closed down accordingly following company policy and EHO guidelines

Requirements

  • experience preferred but not required
  • understanding of food and drinks menus
  • understanding of health and sanitation laws
  • excellent interaction and communication with customers
  • being an avid gamer will get you brownie points
  • hospitality: 1 year
