- strong organizational and time-management skills
- ability to lift and move heavy bags of flour, sugar, and other ingredients
- culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred

Responsibility
- participate in bakery events, promotions, and demonstrations as needed
- prepare and bake a variety of baklava and related pastries, ensuring consistency and adherence to traditional recipes
- ensure that all products meet health and safety regulations
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
- ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order
