Responsibility

  • liaising with technical and product teams where necessary to answer product related queries
  • using Sprinklr to monitor and respond to comments, including the use of auto-responders where appropriate
  • responding to customers who provide negative reviews for the brand
  • complying with the provisions of GDPR and the Data Protection Act and to maintain confidentiality
  • managing day to day customer queries via social media, resolving routine and product related issues, and ensuring a high level of first contact resolution
  • responding in line with the corporate brand guidelines and tone of voice so that customers feel valued and are being communicated with in a way that is appropriate, both via public and private messages
  • reporting on activity and identifying any trends and working with wider team to improve overall customer experience
