using Sprinklr to monitor and respond to comments, including the use of auto-responders where appropriate
responding to customers who provide negative reviews for the brand
complying with the provisions of GDPR and the Data Protection Act and to maintain confidentiality
managing day to day customer queries via social media, resolving routine and product related issues, and ensuring a high level of first contact resolution
responding in line with the corporate brand guidelines and tone of voice so that customers feel valued and are being communicated with in a way that is appropriate, both via public and private messages
reporting on activity and identifying any trends and working with wider team to improve overall customer experience
