Responsibility
- providing front line telephone and in-person customer service for sales enquiries and accurately processing sales orders both verbally and electronically
- acting as the first point of contact for customers entering the business including signing in and directing to appropriate staff members
- dealing with logistical situations by liaising with our internal drivers, external delivery couriers and clients to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- setting up customers correctly on the internal ordering and accounting system and taking payments for goods
- performing daily reviews of general email enquiries and sending them to the relevant areas of the business
- reviewing daily external correspondence and distributing accordingly
- dealing in a timely manner with customer complaints and escalating to the relevant manager if required
- providing ad-hoc assistance to Senior Management when required
