- we are looking for an experienced Home Manager to join our team
- supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the home

- ensure that the home is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations

Requirements
- substantial experience in residential care for the elderly, either as a Home Manager or in a regional support capacity
- A dynamic and confident leader with strong networking skills and the ability to lead a team with an approachable demeanor
- proven history of working in residential care homes for Older People, demonstrating commitment and longevity
- A track record of achieving good CQC reports or reports that highlight improvements
