Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced Home Manager to join our team
  • supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the home
  • ensure that all staff are following the home's policies and procedures
  • provide support and guidance to staff members
  • develop and implement plans for resident care
  • ensure that the home is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
  • the Home Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that all staff members are following policies and procedures, and providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents
  • maintain a safe and secure environment for residents

Requirements

  • substantial experience in residential care for the elderly, either as a Home Manager or in a regional support capacity
  • A dynamic and confident leader with strong networking skills and the ability to lead a team with an approachable demeanor
  • proven history of working in residential care homes for Older People, demonstrating commitment and longevity
  • A track record of achieving good CQC reports or reports that highlight improvements
