Responsibility
- post Office experience would be preferred, but is not essential as full training can be given
- along with previous customer service experience, you will have strong communication skills and a high level of numeracy
- we are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and customer service skills to deliver great customer service in one of our Post Office branches in the Chigwell area on a part-time basis, covering 3 1/2 days per week totalling 28 hours
- successful candidates for the role will need to provide five years continuous referencing and consent to a criminal record check
- as a valued team member you will be given full training and ongoing support
- keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do whilst demonstrating your excellent Product Knowledge on promotions and offers is key
- you will maximise all selling opportunities to drive sales for Post Office Limited matching products and services to customer needs, whilst managing the day to day running of this Post Office branch
- your communication skills will make sure you will be available to answer any customer queries whilst ensuring that you adhere to compliance measures at all times
