Responsibility
office administration, including stationery management, filing, organising meeting/events and travel arrangements and other duties as required
assisting project managers with project administration duties
management of the delivery of client work packages
management of internal business projects, delivering change to the business
maintaining excellent customer service through all contact with internal and external clients
carry out any other duties are required by the Delivery, PSO and Account Management functions
complete general business administration services, including assisting with the preparation of key business reports , data entry, documentation and processes
your role will be central to the business, helping to provide day-to-day administration services to our Delivery and Account Management teams, to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently
Requirements
you will be expected to work pro-actively so self-motivation and the ability to use your own initiative is important
you will also need problem-solving skills and the ability to improve our administrative processes
experience: Previous experience in administration or an office environment is advantageous
organisation: Excellent time management, attention to detail and administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task are needed
