Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • undertaking any training the company may require
  • work to GMP/GLP/GDP/maintain training record
  • any tasks needed to help other members of staff may be assigned from time to time
  • order preparation according to customer requirements – finished kits and bulk reagent preparation and packing in pallets and boxes ready for shipment to the customer
  • shipping and dispatch – Preparing and booking consignments with the company’s preferred logistics providers and preparation of necessary documentation
  • receiving and logging in of incoming goods according to the company’s procedures. Sampling and inspection for incoming quality control of stock items
  • booking and shipping of any other consignments required by NewBio to suppliers

Requirements

  • successful candidates will enjoy working independently as well as working within a larger team
  • it would be beneficial if you have some experience in In Vitro Diagnostics or Medical Devices, but not essential. You’ll also be a reliable and a professional individual and able to work within a busy manufacturing environment
  • you’ll need to be comfortable with manual lifting and dispatch of palletised orders and be able to work within a defined method and record information accurately
