Responsibility
- managing the business on a day-to-day basis and incorporate the culture of Newman Landscapes within the business
- implementing and following procedures, streamlining the business looking at cost savings and efficiency
- working closely at getting all information on the new CRM within the business with admin
- implementing KPI’s for management and ground staff
- conducting client visits as and when needed to support Contract Manager and Director
- recruitment with support from designated Manager
- managing the staff to include regular support and supervision meetings, absences with the support of dedicated HR systems in place
- managing H&S within the business making sure all procedures are in place
