Responsibility

  • managing the business on a day-to-day basis and incorporate the culture of Newman Landscapes within the business
  • implementing and following procedures, streamlining the business looking at cost savings and efficiency
  • working closely at getting all information on the new CRM within the business with admin
  • implementing KPI’s for management and ground staff
  • conducting client visits as and when needed to support Contract Manager and Director
  • recruitment with support from designated Manager
  • managing the staff to include regular support and supervision meetings, absences with the support of dedicated HR systems in place
  • managing H&S within the business making sure all procedures are in place
