  • assisting in all departments as business dictates
  • ensuring high levels of service are consistently delivered
  • handling any guest issues and queries quickly in a discreet and professional manner
  • ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed
  • offer informed guest advice on food and bar menus

Requirements

  • hotel Duty Manager: 2 years
