night team leader
Working hours
- full-time | Part-time
Responsibility
- responsibility for the establishment in the absence of the Registered Manager
- ensuring that high standards are maintained for staffing, the resources, fabric of the buildings and the health and welfare of residents
- ensuring conformity with company expectations and CQC standards for quality and safety
- creating, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of individual care and activity plans for the residents
- wasdale Court is one of our services in Hull which supports people who all have significant support needs, including autism, learning disabilities and communication needs, who live within their own apartments with intensive support
- ensuring that all residents’ medication is ordered, administered, recorded and stored by trained responsible staff according to Newfound Cares policies
- leading, managing, supervising and supporting a team of support workers, through line management and role- modelling, ensuring that Newfound Care policies and are implemented fully
- to cover other Team Leaders annual leave as required
Requirements
- level 3 Health & Social Care required
- excellent communication and the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
- good written communication skills
- providing care: 1 year
- supervisory: 1 year
- healthcare Senior/ Team Leader: 1 year required
