Responsibility

  • plan and organise meetings, groups, training and activities with the project lead
  • arrange the Dementia Friendly Communities’ Chairs meetings and taking the minutes
  • arranging the Creative Conversation sessions for carers
  • work as part of the team to attend and support groups, training and activities
  • contribute to service development supporting the Dementia Café’s by promoting and sharing any events they are holding on social media
  • to contact carers and families about groups and events
  • work with colleagues to develop an events calendar of activities
  • ensure priorities for carers are in line with the outcomes required by the service
