  • assist with the updating and ongoing development of the BID’s social media platform
  • updating the BID website with news/offers
  • create marketing campaigns to support BID events and to promote the town centre and its businesses
  • support the production and distribution of publications and promotion such as leaflets, newsletters and eMarketing
  • provide a communications link between business and other stakeholders
  • manage the BID database ensuring it is accurate and accessible
  • monitor and report KPIs
  • attend BID ran events to help support, promote and monitor
