Requirements

  • currently or previously employed as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager at a CQC Registered and regulated business
  • experience of managing the delivery of social care services as a registered manager
  • an extensive awareness of the need for protection of vulnerable adults
  • train the trainer qualifications
  • health and Social Care Management Diploma - NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
  • knowledge of business management
  • good understanding of the regulatory responsibilities of a Registered Manager and the law relating to domiciliary care services
  • experience of care services, risk assessment and person centred care and support
