Responsibility

  • this role is highly collaborative, involving close cooperation with both Sales and other Delivery team members
  • effective communication is essential, balancing clear, open ongoing communication with the ability to plan, organize, and meet agreed-upon deadlines
  • any concerns or issues should be escalated in a timely manner
  • collaborate with client stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure our delivery aligns with and meets client expectations
  • additionally, this role is expected to mentor and guide others based on their experience and knowledge
  • collaborate continuously with colleagues to ensure the quality of our delivery for Dynamics 365 and Power App solutions
  • we are looking for an experienced professional to lead complex and large projects involving multiple specializations within Dynamics and Power Platforms products for our clients
  • perform system testing and provide support for User Acceptance Testing

Requirements

  • proficiency in MS Office programs at a high level
  • experience in designing suitable environments and solution management plans for projects
  • experience in scoping and designing 3rd-party application integrations with Dynamics or Power Applications
  • experience in guiding PMO teams on Project setup
  • possess Solution Architect Power Platform certifications and have practical hands-on experience with Power Platform tools and Dynamics applications
  • in-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 core business applications and their License requirements
  • confidence and experience in understanding customer pain points and project objectives, and presenting effective solutions
  • experience in aligning client requirements with the core capabilities of Dynamics applications and identifying other MS Cloud services or 3rd-party technology for successful delivery
