Requirements
- previous experience within a similar Facilities leadership role
- proven track record in strong leadership, management, and decision-making skills
- professionalism, integrity, commitment, resilience, energy and drive to get things done
- previous experience of working across a multi-site organization
- facilities management: 1 year
- health & safety: 1 year
- holder of clean and current UK Driving license and access to your own vehicle in order to commute across the estate is highly desirable. Mileage claims will be reimbursed in accordance company Policy
Responsibility
- ensure smooth running of the department through clear communication with other departmental heads
- raise training requirements when required
- produce and maintain departmental KPI information
- promote the companies HSE policies across the business – including leading a monthly H&S meeting with Senior managers
- to coordinate external contractors, gather quotes, instruct works following the agreement by the Directors, monitor and collate the required Health and Safety information relating to external works
- provide support on ad-hoc projects as and when required
