- greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person
- provide tours of the gym and sign up new members
- provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry and filing
- schedule inductions/tours and competently take them
- general cleaning duties and maintaining cleanliness
- assisting members when required
- be the first point of contact for our members, greeting them with a smile and ensuring that they feel welcome and supported
Requirements
- proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- proficient in computerized systems, including data entry and using office software such as Google Suite
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
