Responsibility

  • providing an outstanding level of care, ensuring service users live independently in their own homes
  • working in various care settings on a daily basis, tailoring support to the needs of the individual/service
  • prompting and assisting with medication
  • assisting with domestic duties as and when required within the home
  • working closely with the team to ensure all duties are carried out to the highest standard
  • monitoring, responding and reporting appropriately the wellbeing of the service user and responding in a timely manner to any concerns
  • maintaining good communication and effective working relationships with all members of the team
