Responsibility
- ● Monitor construction progress and develop a construction schedule to coordinate on-site activities
- ● Source and secure subcontractors and project solutions
- ● Oversee the procurement of materials and ensure that they are delivered on time, meet quality standards and are within budget
- ● Conduct onsite supervision and inspection of all project work to ensure adherence to our quality standards and guidelines
- ● Effectively plan and manage all aspects of a construction project to ensure timely completion within budget whilst meeting our quality standards
- ● Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- ● Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure project success and conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders and provide reports of progress
- ● Identify and address any potential project issues and suggest viable solutions
Requirements
- ● Proven track record of successful project completion within budget and timeline
- ● In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards
- ● Detailed knowledge of construction health and safety best practices and regulations
- ● Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- ● Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to organise and manage time and priorities
- ● Experienced in subcontractor procurement with their own list of quality subcontractors
- ● Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- ● 10+ years experience in the construction industry with 5+ years in management roles
