  • perform routine maintenance and repairs on JLR vehicles mainly
  • diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues
  • conduct vehicle inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs
  • complete repairs in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
  • collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements

  • previous experience as a vehicle technician or in a related field preferred
  • knowledge of auto body repair and equipment repair is a plus
  • ability to weld is highly desirable
  • strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
