Responsibility

  • making sales and taking bookings, delivering excellent customer service face-to-face, over the phone and via email
  • driving KPI's to hit targets which are outlined on your own personal scorecard
  • updating our CRM and related systems daily, including managing your sales pipeline and forecasting incoming revenue
  • develop and improve ‘scripts’, conversation templates and support the sales team to improve funnel conversion rates
  • provide content suggestions which we can produce to better educate our prospects and clients
  • plan and implement your own personal rolling 90-day plan to aid in personal and business development
  • support the training and development of new and/or junior members of the office team
  • building digital activity programmes, issuing invoices and liasing with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth handover of events and programmes
