Responsibility

  • as a Travel Consultant, you’ll be helping our customers plan their dream holidays
  • you will need to build rapport and take ownership of the full customer journey
  • you will deliver sales and productivity goals and be a key member of our team
  • we sell a wide range of travel products including land tours, cruise, beach, ski, city breaks as well as tailor-made trips
  • you should be able to deal with customer complaints and difficult situations appropriately
  • continued growth and expansion since we launched in March 2022 has created an opportunity for you to join us at an exciting time
  • you’ll need fantastic communication skills as well as excellent customer service in-line with the standards and guidelines set to enhance the customer experience
