Responsibility
- you should demonstrate a proven track record in delivering company standards and achieving targets
- we are a privately owned Pub restaurant operator, with a large business of two excisting sites that are growing rapidly. We pride ourselves on a high quality, tailored offer that delivers excellent food, and a unique experience for our customers
- our General Manager role is guaranteed to be challenging each and every day and never, ever dull
- an exciting opportunity has arisen within our company for an experienced General Manager to join our team and help us to oversee a busy operation at one of our beautiful countryside venues, and contribute to the overall strategy of the group
- we operate a diverse offer that includes outstanding food, and has a reputation for organising and executing a variety of live events throughout the calendar year
- this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business at a time when we are expanding, with great scope for an experienced operator to have impact
- you should also be experienced enough to manage the escalation of any customer issues effectively
- ideally this role would suit an experienced General manager or couple with a background in high volume quality food. You should have a business building background having previously worked with a similar style of operator
