Responsibility
- ensure that all staff adhere to NCCN policies and procedures and where issues arise to follow written process
- to plan and lead as appropriate staff meetings and participate in SMT meetings
- completing of quality audits for LD service users and staff teams
- liaison with commissioners/MDT/families and service users to ensure the commissioned service is maintained
- meeting families on a regular basis
- to follow any reasonable management instructions
- to lead the LD service ensuring a safe effective and well led service provision is maintained at all times
- participate in the recruitment of new staff as required to the team in liaison with the SMT
