Responsibility

  • ensure that all staff adhere to NCCN policies and procedures and where issues arise to follow written process
  • to plan and lead as appropriate staff meetings and participate in SMT meetings
  • completing of quality audits for LD service users and staff teams
  • liaison with commissioners/MDT/families and service users to ensure the commissioned service is maintained
  • meeting families on a regular basis
  • to follow any reasonable management instructions
  • to lead the LD service ensuring a safe effective and well led service provision is maintained at all times
  • participate in the recruitment of new staff as required to the team in liaison with the SMT
