Responsibility

  • the Club also has a separate upstairs function room and a spacious beer garden, with child play areas
  • an opportunity has arisen for an aspiring and ambitious individual to take up the newly created Bar Manager position
  • day-to-day business management – cost & stock control, administration tasks, opening mail, basic accounting, banking
  • the role will be split between managing responsibilities and general bar work
  • the New Cleethorpes Constitutional Club is a busy members club with close to 1,000 members, which is ideally situated next to Blundell Park, the home of Grimsby Town FC
  • hours: Flexible – 40 Hours over Monday – Sunday
  • the Club enjoys excellent facilities which include two snooker tables, a pool table, dart boards, all of which attract local teams over the course of the week
  • working closely with the Board of Directors, the Bar Manager will have influence over most activities involved with the running of the Club, including but not limited to marketing of facilities, development of the Clubs pricing structure, management of the Clubs staffing levels and entertainment offered to the Club’s members
