Responsibility
- to provide additional support to keyworkers to ensure the best interventions for residents to achieve positive outcomes
- to be on call when required, this will be on a rota basis and shared with senior colleagues
- to be responsible for the operations of the project when required
- to line manage a team of volunteers, and on occasion paid staff
- to be responsible for the resident admission process, including liaising with relevant external professionals for required resident support, from the referral stage and throughout their stay in the first stage property
- your responsibilities will be varied and will include providing emotional support to residents, facilitating group and individual recovery sessions alongside colleagues, engaging residents in productive and rewarding activities, helping residents to improve their life and social skills
- you will be responsible for administration and record keeping as well as assisting with paperwork and providing housing related support for new residents, including housing benefit and licence agreements, explaining the housing benefit process, and tenancy rules and regulations
