- develop and maintain comprehensive assessments tailored to individual client needs
- communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear understanding of care requirements
- coordinate the delivery of assessments in both remote and clinic settings
- monitor the quality of assessment and admin provided and make adjustments as needed to improve client satisfaction
- maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and services provided
- collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients
- previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable
- strong IT skills, including proficiency in using software for managing appointments and documentation
- demonstrated ability to organise tasks efficiently while managing multiple priorities
- A caring attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support for clients
- NVQ 2/3 in administration is desirable
- Sensory Integration Level 2 and/or Level 3
