Responsibility
- conduct duties as listed below, plus any other tasks as requested by team leader or supervisor
- performs data life cycle tasks, including archiving of paper and electronic documentation
- to provide technical support in planning, executing experimental work on small and large scale equipment for drug product process development and generating/employing data for processes model development/verification
- due to the high number of applications we will only be able to respond to successful applicants in the first instance
- work as part of a multi-disciplinary development team, liaising efficiently with Formulators, Engineers, Modelers, PAT scientists, Materials Scientists and Particle Scientists, to deliver the work packages required to understand drug product unit operations and scale these-up effectively
- support acceleration of early phase formulation and process design and minimize number of DOE's for scalability assessments and API consumption throughout the development life cycle Support and lead technical work packages to de-risk new manufacturing platforms and inform manufacturing platform selection early in development Executes formulation and process development activities based on established protocols and procedures Deliver the above in a precise and timely manner, adhering to safety and quality expectations
- maintains cleanliness in own work area and in communal work areas Operates equipment for which he/she is trained independently with due regard for GMP and Safety Works to GMP Demonstrates timely & reliable recording of laboratory data in LabWare, IDBS electronic lab notebook or other suitable systems in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
- performs data management tasks including recording results effectively and in compliance with departmental guidelines in a laboratory notebook or computer with minimal supervision
