- installing and configuring a range of hardware including 4G/5G routers
- installing and configuring WAPs
- installing and configuring security cameras and associated devices
- testing work upon completion
- assisting with the provision of technical support to a broad range of clients by telephone, email, remote desktop control or site visit - sometimes outside ‘normal’ working hours
