Responsibility
the New Business Account Manager reports to the Head of UK Sales
to develop a solid understanding of the company, its customers and range of products
to build, manage and maintain a substantial sales pipeline in the assigned territory
to explore, qualify and progress leads and opportunities overcoming any objections from the prospective customer
to provide product demonstrations via a webinar or face to face
to create and issue price quotations
to coordinate and work with the Pre-Sales team to support the prospect throughout the sales cycle
respond to inbound and outbound sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner providing exceptional levels of service at all times
Requirements
able to manage and prioritise daily and weekly workload
excellent verbal and written communication skills
A good level of IT competence and an enthusiasm to develop their technical skills
confident communicator, able to build a rapport and sustain relationships in a B2B environment
demonstrate and evidence ability to win new clients
team player, confident but aware of team demands
be target driven to achieve sales targets within the territory
an enthusiastic, highly organised, self-motivated team player with a “can do” attitude. Dealing with clients at all levels in a confident manner with the ability to recognise and close sales opportunities
