sales account manager

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • the New Business Account Manager reports to the Head of UK Sales
  • to develop a solid understanding of the company, its customers and range of products
  • to build, manage and maintain a substantial sales pipeline in the assigned territory
  • to explore, qualify and progress leads and opportunities overcoming any objections from the prospective customer
  • to provide product demonstrations via a webinar or face to face
  • to create and issue price quotations
  • to coordinate and work with the Pre-Sales team to support the prospect throughout the sales cycle
  • respond to inbound and outbound sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner providing exceptional levels of service at all times

Requirements

  • able to manage and prioritise daily and weekly workload
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A good level of IT competence and an enthusiasm to develop their technical skills
  • confident communicator, able to build a rapport and sustain relationships in a B2B environment
  • demonstrate and evidence ability to win new clients
  • team player, confident but aware of team demands
  • be target driven to achieve sales targets within the territory
  • an enthusiastic, highly organised, self-motivated team player with a “can do” attitude. Dealing with clients at all levels in a confident manner with the ability to recognise and close sales opportunities
