- netrix IT Solutions are looking for an experienced network engineer to join our engineering team remotely
- this is an exciting opportunity to join a small start up company within a cloud and network infrastructure consultancy
- our speciality is collaborating with our clients to deliver solutions to their most complex IT Infrastructure needs
- represent Netrix IT Solutions as a network/cloud engineer providing support operations, assisting with projects, assisting with designs/implementation and pre-sales
- maintaining relationships with our existing clients
- work closely with other MSPs and technology partners to ensure agreed service levels are being met
- ensure the provision of stable and secure communications infrastructure within agreed service levels
- provide 2nd and 3rd line support services to ensure timely resolution of assigned incident and problem tickets
