Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • generating leads through outbound activity, optimising our internal lead generation tools to build pipeline and meet revenue targets
  • manage own opportunity pipeline from initial contact through to contract agreement
  • own and manage relationships within our growing customer base across the UK with a focus on the Northwest and Midlands
  • provide ongoing support and assistance through regular discovery conversations, recommendations, best practices, support, and regular account reviews
  • capture and share product and ongoing support agreement feedback with the sales management team
  • support contract negotiations and develop bespoke pricing in line with commercial model and customer budgets
  • report to Team Manager and meet account management goals and objectives
  • help identify new market & customer opportunities and work closely with the Sales Team to develop solutions and new ways of positioning our products

Requirements

  • working in a client-facing services role, most preferably working within an MSP
  • exceptional client management skills
  • basic understanding of IT, including all Microsoft applications
  • ability to understand technical concepts and statements of works
  • enthusiasm to work with clients across the UK
  • ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
  • demonstrate a high degree of initiative and take ownership of tasks
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
