- bank Posting and Reconciliations
- produce sales invoices, maintain sales ledger, credit control
- producing Supplier Payment runs
- PA support to the director
- create and post monthly journals, including, wages, accruals, prepayments, stock change
- complete accounts to P&L
- reconcile balance sheet accounts
Requirements
- proven to be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
- ability to use their own initiative
- excellent attention to detail
- manage own deadlines and workloads
- adaptable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- the ideal candidate for the position would have previously worked within an Accounts/Finance position and would have experience with all financial transactional processes; and could assist with other areas of the business
