Responsibility

  • prepares and ensures contracts are put in place for each event and signed and returned by clients
  • solely manages smaller partner events and statics to include pre-event and on-site briefings, and all coordination with suppliers and Sales team before the event and on-site
  • helps in the execution of overall company and event goals and objectives of the Events and Marketing team
  • produce clear project plans and event budgets for each event and co-ordinate with all areas of Marketing and Communications to produce outstanding client experiences
