Responsibility

  • ▪ Help deliver financial targets as set out by the Senior Management team
  • ▪ Capture variations and issue Final Accounts for approval and liaise with client QS’s until agreed
  • ▪ Negotiating and agreeing tenders with supply chain partners
  • ▪ Negotiate and agree Final Accounts with Sub-contractors
  • ▪ Reporting cost value analysis to Commercial Manager
  • ▪ Manage client expectations
  • ▪ To Support the pricing of mobile telecommunications sites; Rooftop, Street works and bespoke solutions such as installations within historic buildings with the help of Commercial team
  • ▪ Support build managers in making cost decisions
