Responsibility
- help our customers have an awesome experience with our products
- join a multi-functional remote team to contribute to our products from top to bottom
- participate in both product discovery and product delivery cycles and have a real impact on the products owned by the team
- be a part of the team’s on-call rotations
- contribute to building new features
- collaborate with other specialists and teams to develop new features, APIs, improvements, and fixes to handle our current and future scale

Requirements
- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent
- driven to find out what doesn’t work or could work better for the user
- keen to develop and maintain test scripts in accordance with testing and acceptance methods and criteria
- keen interest in becoming a QA specialist for a SaaS/web-based product
- understanding of the meaning and importance of Quality Assurance and testing processes and methodologies
- experience of tools like Jira or Linear
- knowledge of basic SQL queries
- keen to do robust testing of systems prior to release to production in accordance with testing methods and acceptance criteria as may be required
