- answering telephone and email enquiries, responding directly to professionals and parents/carers
- supporting the Operations Manager with our online booking system
- supporting Nessie’s finance system and accountant and invoicing systems
- supporting the Operations Manager with HR administration
- supporting a migration of information to our new digital management system, including the entry of highly confidential and sensitive information
- uploading training and event information to our digital management system to ensure information is up to date and current
- communicating with and representing the service with professionals and parents/carers
