Responsibility

  • answering telephone and email enquiries, responding directly to professionals and parents/carers
  • supporting the Operations Manager with our online booking system
  • supporting Nessie’s finance system and accountant and invoicing systems
  • supporting the Operations Manager with HR administration
  • supporting a migration of information to our new digital management system, including the entry of highly confidential and sensitive information
  • uploading training and event information to our digital management system to ensure information is up to date and current
  • communicating with and representing the service with professionals and parents/carers
  • CEO and Operations Manager
